Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It must be in a resalable condition.
Defective Products
Eligible for return if the item is damaged or has manufacturing defects.
Wrong Product
If you receive an incorrect item, we will facilitate an exchange.
Acceptable proof of purchase: Sales receipt, order number, or shipping confirmation email.
Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials / flammable liquids

Subjective: Covered by customer (non-refundable).
Restocking Fee
