All Difsight products are backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and materials. To ensure your protection, please register your product to activate coverage and keep your records on file.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Structural failures under normal use conditions
- Defective components (trays, frames, hinges, fasteners, etc.)
- Missing or damaged parts received at delivery
What's Not Covered
- Damage from improper installation or misuse
- Damage caused by animals beyond normal use
- Weather damage (prolonged UV exposure, storms, flooding)
- Unauthorized modifications or alterations
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
