Standard Warranty

All Difsight products are backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase. Product registration is optional and helps us verify your purchase and keep your support records on file.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Structural failures under normal use conditions
  • Defective components (trays, frames, hinges, fasteners, etc.)
  • Missing or damaged parts received at delivery

What's Not Covered

  • Damage from improper installation or misuse
  • Damage caused by animals beyond normal use
  • Weather damage (prolonged UV exposure, storms, flooding)
  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
