3. Warranty Coverage Period
Ivahou provides a ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY from the date of original purchase by the first end-user consumer, unless otherwise stated in product-specific documentation or applicable law.
- The warranty period begins on the date of purchase as shown on your original receipt, order confirmation, or order record from the authorized retailer. This warranty is automatically linked to your order ID or authorized reseller receipt.
- If you register your product through our warranty registration page, we will record your purchase date for warranty reference.
- The warranty period is calculated from the verified purchase date, where available.
- If no proof of purchase date is available, we may determine eligibility based on other reasonably available information, at our discretion and subject to applicable law. The warranty period may be calculated from the date of manufacture.

6. What Is Covered
Subject to the terms and exclusions in this Warranty Policy, this limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise under normal use during the warranty period. Specifically, this warranty covers:
a) Manufacturing Defects

d) Normal Wear and Tear

e) Cosmetic Damage
- Scratches, dents, or surface marks that do not affect the functionality or structural integrity of the product
f) Other Exclusions
- Damage caused during shipping by the customer (e.g., during relocation)
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Products used for commercial or industrial purposes unless the product is specifically designated for commercial use
- Consumable components designed to be replaced during normal use (e.g., liners, pads, nesting materials)
- Loss, theft, or accidental damage unless otherwise required by law
- Damage resulting from failure to follow instructions, manuals, or care guidance
- Products without valid proof of purchase or those with expired warranty periods
This warranty also does not cover any issue that cannot be reasonably verified or reproduced where verification is necessary.

Step 4: Resolution

10. Remedies
If we determine that your issue is covered under this Warranty Policy, Difsight may, at its discretion and to the extent permitted by law, choose one or more of the following remedies:
a) Technical Troubleshooting
We will provide troubleshooting assistance to help resolve the issue.
b) Replacement Part
We will ship a replacement part or component at no cost to you. Shipping typically takes 7โ14 business days.
c) Product Replacement
If the defect cannot be resolved with a replacement part, we will provide a replacement product of the same or comparable model.
d) Refund
If neither repair nor replacement is feasible, we may offer a refund of the original purchase price.
e) Other Reasonable Remedy
Another commercially reasonable warranty remedy as determined appropriate.
The specific remedy will be determined based on the nature of the defect, product availability, region, and warranty eligibility.
Note: Any replacement item may be new or refurbished, where permitted by law and appropriate for the product type. Replacement products or parts may not be identical in every respect but will generally be functionally equivalent, subject to availability.
11. Shipping for Warranty Claims
- Replacement parts and products will be shipped to you at no charge within the continental United States.
- For addresses outside the continental U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, and international addresses), shipping costs may apply. Our team will inform you of any applicable costs before shipping.
- In some cases, we may request that you return the defective product or component. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Buyer Responsibility for Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs in the following situations:
- Returning products for reasons other than a proven manufacturing defect
- Warranty claims made on items taken outside the original country of purchase
- Items claimed to be defective but found by our Quality Control center to be in working condition
- International shipping costs for returning defective items
- Unauthorized returns made outside of the approved warranty process
Where a return is required, you must follow the return instructions provided by our support team. We are not responsible for items returned without authorization or contrary to instructions.
12. Warranty Transferability
This warranty is NOT transferable. It applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not valid for products purchased through unauthorized resellers, auction sites, or secondhand markets, unless the product is still within its original warranty period and accompanied by valid proof of original purchase.
13. Product Use and Maintenance
To preserve warranty eligibility, you should:

14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- Ivahou's total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
- In no event shall Ivahou or Difsight be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business, or damage to property, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the product, even if Ivahou or Difsight has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Ivahou for its products. Ivahou expressly disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- This Warranty Policy is limited to the remedies expressly described herein.
- Our liability, if any, will be limited to the value of the affected product or the specific remedy we determine to provide, except where prohibited by law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
15. Relationship with Statutory Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state, province, or country.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the limitations and exclusions in these Terms may not apply to you.

- For consumers in the European Union: This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection law, including the right to a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for conformity of goods.

Product registration through this website does not replace or reduce your rights under the original purchase platform's support, return, or warranty-related policies.

These Warranty Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such finding shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Warranty Terms, together with any applicable product documentation and the Ivahou Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ivahou regarding warranty coverage for your product and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements.
20. Amendments
Ivahou reserves the right to modify these Warranty Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:

- Post the updated terms on our website
Changes will be effective when posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Changes will not apply retroactively to products already registered under a previous version of these Terms. Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
